Merrill-Hall New Media grew out of Georgia Tech's Information
Design and Technology program and continues to draw upon
that department's technical and design expertise.
After working on various multimedia projects, Michael Merrill
and Benjamin Hall founded the company in the summer of 1998
to serve a growing demand for Internet design and consulting
services.
Soon thereafter, Mike and Ben were joined by Andrew Old, a lead programmer
from Georgia Tech's Research Institute, and Tal Herman, an
information designer formerly employed by IBM's Interactive
Studio.
