A founder of Merrill-Hall, Mike has taught literature and
writing at UCLA and Georgia Tech. He led one of the nation's
first humanities classes combining cultural studies and Internet
programming.
Mike has consulted with Turner Learning to develop a system
that nightly builds custom pages for CNN Newsroom. He has
also managed many projects for Merrill-Hall, most notably
the New Georgia Encyclopedia, an online guide to the
state's geography, history, arts and culture.
Mike holds a B.A. in American and English Literature from Brown University and a Ph.D. in English Literature from UCLA.
