When the needs of a major client required the expertise of a Senior Information Architect, Cambridge called on Merrill-Hall to help deliver a solution. Teaming with the Senior Information Architect for Cambridge's User Experience Group, Merrill-Hall's lead Information Architect, Tal Herman, helped to direct and coordinate the work of four junior Information Architects. Tal also consulted directly with the end client and third-party software developers to determine solutions for crucial business issues, including deciding product taxonomies and e-commerce process flows.
