When AntFarm Interactive needed a jobs-posting solution
for Georgia's "Yamacraw Initiative" to bring broadband professionals
to the state, they called on Merrill-Hall.
Driven by Yamacraw's goals and drivers, and in consultation
with AntFarm, we custom-designed the right solution. Drawing
on best-of-breed jobs databases, Merrill-Hall added features
such as a powerful matching algorithm that allows local broadband
players to find just the candidates they need and want.
By keeping our object-oriented java code separate from AntFarm's
graphical presentation, we ensure not only a rapid and trouble-free
implementation, but one that could change in the future without
disturbing this important functionality.
